    Do not rent or buy from Mungo homes. I have rented from Mungo for over 3 years. I have been a good renter. I pay my rent which for a three bedroom house is $1466.00 per month, I take care of the house and do not cause trouble. I am a single mom with no support from my ex husband so money is tight. Two months ago my refrigerator broke. I called the after hours line because I just purchased $200.00 in groceries. No one ever called me back. I called and emailed the next day.   • Customer Service less than expected

    Had a new home built by Mungo Homes on one of their lots. During the lot clearing process they left 3 trees. We have been in the home now for 3 months and all three trees left from the original lot clearing process are now dead from disruption of the root system. I contacted customer service to ask for "assistance" in taking down the dead trees. Mungo said that they are not their responsibility any longer and would not help. You would think that when you invest over $300,000 in a home, a builder would have understand why I'm upset about having to pay for removing... More...
